Field Trips

I like to help at the school and especially on field trips. Today we went to The Bean Museum at BYU with Theron's class. I was the guardian of 4 boys. It was a great group. Theron, Taylor, Cooper and Kenny. We did some scavenger hunts around the museum and then watched a Magic School Bus about butterflies. We also went to a park for lunch. Hello--freezing. We ate quickly and returned to our vehicles. Next we headed to the BYU Creamery. Luckily we were able to stay inside for that. Here are some pictures to enjoy.
The boys in front of the Kodiac Bear. l-r Kenny, Theron, Taylor & Cooper.
The boys being afraid of the bear.
They have this cool new center display of a lion pride. Very cool. You can't see that the lion jumping has another 7 lions around him on the bottom.
I love this moose. He is one of my favorites.

I worked there for over a year in college. Good times. I always intended to get a picture with my head in a lion's mouth but never got around to it. Some lost opportunities never come back.

Seriously! What is up with the eating outside-freezing. I'd rather sit on the bus, but I think that the teachers figure they've got to stretch it out as much as possible!
