We went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks yesterday. What can I say....? Orion and Dylan really liked it, they thought it was hilarious. I think the other kids liked it as well. Kenneth and I were really wishing we were somewhere else. Maybe we should have seen The Water Horse instead. Oh, well. I think it would have been a great Disney Channel or Nickelodeon movie. Something on TV. I personally love the chipmunks. I was a huge fan of the cartoon growing up and I love listening to my Christmas album, but I just didn't love this movie. I just wish it was better. The actual humans weren't great. The chipmunks were cute though. I guess I am saying that you should definitely wait for the dollar movie or DVD. It is worth it for the kids, but don't see it expecting it to be very enjoyable for adults, though there are attempts at adult humor.
